City clerk's office

The City is unable to plan road work in an efficient manner. We had two months off from school and this road should have been paved and fixed. Now, kids and parents suffering due to negligence of The City. It’s been more then three weeks and road is left like this. See attached pic. This is Stave Cres., front of Silverpines Public School.

I was misinformed about the marraige license process and came to the office only to get rejected for following the steps I was instructed over the phone. Very disappointed in the communication and assistance

Consistently issues parking tickets when other have parked on the same street without a fine. Year after year I have to dispute over my tickets when your staff is not trained on their local by-laws. Train your staff better.

The whole city allows no street parking. They also only provide municipal parking in one location if you obtain a pass but houses and cars get broken into constantly. Lots of illegal activities at and around Lake Wilcox, so beware. They allow you to buy only 50 temporary parking permits per year at $5 each day.They say you can appeal to them by email and ask to buy more but when I did that they told me that I should move if I can't afford to live here with 2 cars renting only a basement apartment. Insulting comments.And since doing that municipal officers have been following me to see if they can issue any parking tickets etc. Imagine I cannot run into the house to grab my lunch before leaving work? That kind of thing.Canada has lots of offer, but not in Richmond Hill. It's a city which seeks to erase the middle class. If you're not rich, they will make you poor.

Went for inquiries and most of the staff are awkward and rude, we were asking questions and while one person was barely helping us there were 2 workers standing beside the person awkwardly whispering in each other's ears, super unprofessional place the planning department is incredibly unprofessional after we finished in the business planning and building department we went to the room beside for general inquiries and the staff there was much more professional and instantly more helpful, business planning department was incredibly unhelpful, unprofessional, and rude.

Easily accessed, public space with good customer service counters just inside the door. The open area around the building really helps create a sense of welcoming.

City of Richmond hill staffs are /were not performing professional attitude & work at all . they just wanted to grab your money and do nothing . they don't give tickets to illegal parking space to outside visitors but local owners even just 2 minutes . they welcomed many visitor to lakewilcox during covid-19 and caused the streets that closed to the lake had lots illegal parking and virus

Special thanks to Maureen ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I went on 2nd june and I can’t explain how good was my experience with (Maureen ) such an amazing lady with an excellent personality and more over very professional on her job.It’s really great to have an amazing employee like Maureen who can explain to you all the information with happiness.Am giving 5 starts just because of Maureen.

Most horrible excuse for a wheelchair accessible building I've ever seen. What a disappointment considering this building represents our city. Anyone with a wheelchair or a stroller has to go back and forth across the entire building just to get in, then to get to the elevator you have to go in circles back and forth again. What a waste of money! That's our tax dollars and city planners at their best!!

The staff were very friendly and courteous.
